Obesity is a medical condition which is characterized by unnecessary accumulation of fat in the body. Obesity is caused by variety of reasons. It mainly occurs in people who eat more than the requirement of their body. It occurs when the body weight of an individual exceeds 20-30% over the ideal body weight. It is significantly influenced by genetics.
It is also caused by the disturbance in the microbial population present in the gut and also due to some minor changes in the gut energy
