A stem cell has the ability to develop into various specialized cells. B (bone marrow)-cell is a type of lymphocyte present in the body also known as B-lymphocytes. The B-cells secrete antibodies that bind with specific antigens (foreign bodies). Various blood cells arise from the stem cells within the bone marrow.
