It is given that Dobzhansky-Muller model suggests that the divergence in the alleles is seen at different loci of a gene which can lead to genetic incompatibility between the species that possess such genes.
Introduction:
Dobzhansky-Muller model is a two-locus version model which studies the changes between the two lineages are from the same ancestor population, which gets divided from each other and evolve on their own. The new allele that generates, it becomes fixed in each descendent but the locus of the two alleles becomes different.
