Summary Introduction

To determine:

The percentage of blood returning to the right side of the heart that is then pumped to the lungs.

Concept introduction:

The heart is a muscular organ which is also known as a pumping organ. It is a main organ of our circulatory system. The blood pumped by the heart is received by blood vessels that transport the blood to the whole body.

Blood vessel function as to receive the blood pumped out by the heart. The blood then flowing through these vessels gets transported to the whole body. The arteries, the veins and the capillaries are the three types of blood vessels.
