Explanation of Solution
Method to add all the elements from one collection to another collection:
Addall(collection C) is the method used to add all the elements from one collection to another. The elements may be added individually.
Sample Program:
//Java program to illustrate addAll(Collection c)
import java.util.ArrayList;
public class Sample
{
public static void main(String args[])
{
// Creating array list1
ArrayList<Integer> collect1 = new ArrayList<Integer>(5);
// Adding elements to the list1
collect1.add(12);
collect1.add(20);
collect1.add(45);
// prints all the elements available in array //list1
System.out.println("Printing list1:");
for (Integer number : collect1)
System...

- There are two different methods you to add a range to an ArrayList.These methods are AddRange and InsertRange.implement a c# program to demonstrates how these two methods are used:arrow_forwardThe language is Javaarrow_forward# Create Custom Transformer Create a custom transformer, just as we did in the lecture video entitled "Custom Transformers", that performs two computations: 1. Adds an attribute to the end of the numerical data (i.e. new last column) that is equal to $\frac{x_1^3}{x_5}$ for each observation. In other words, for each instance, you will cube the $x_1$ column and then divide by the $x_5$ column. 2. Drops the entire $x_4$ feature column if the passed function argument `drop_x4` is `True` and doesn't drop the column if `drop_x4` is `False`. (See further instructions below.) You must name your custom transformer class `Assignment4Transformer`. Your class should include an input parameter called `drop_x4` with a default value of `True` that deletes the $x_4$ feature column when its value is `True`, but preserves the $x_4$ feature column when you pass a value of `False`. This transformer will be used in a pipeline. In that pipeline, an imputer will be run *before* this transformer. Keep…arrow_forward
- There aren't any set cells that have the same values.arrow_forwardHow do you print out all keys currently stored in a map?arrow_forwardcontinue from first question, Client class:The client program will allow entry of these data for several different student into an ArrayList and then perform some analysis and queries.Your client class (program) will provide the user with a menu to perform the following operations. You will also need to load the information of the students from a CSV file (student.csv) before displaying the menu. You only need one ArrayList and one menu for this. For the csv file, your first item can be U or G to differentiate whether the entry is creating a UndergraduateStudent object, or a GraduateStudent object. You can then decide how you want other data to be listed in the csv file. You should specify clearly in your documentation the data format of the CSV files used in this assignment.1. Quit (exit the program)2. Add (to the ArrayList) all the marks information about an undergraduate or graduate student by reading it from another CSV file. Your program will ask for the file name.3. Given student…arrow_forward
- Can you all please help me with this data structure question the language is Javaarrow_forwardHow do you determine the number of elements in a set?arrow_forwardAdd methods to the STUDENT class that compare two STUDENT objects. One method should test for equality. The other methods should support the other possible comparisons. In each case, the method returns the result of the comparison of the two students' names. Place several STUDENT objects into a list and shuffle it. Then run the SORT method with this list and display all of the students' information.arrow_forward
- 3. Create an ArrayList of strings to store the names of celebrities or athletes. Add five names to the list. Process the list with a for loop and the get() method to display the names, one name per line. Pass the list to avoid method. Inside the method, Insert another name at index 2 and remove the name at index 4. Use a foreach loop to display the arraylist again, all names on one line separated by asterisks. After the method call in main, create an iterator for the arraylist and use it to display the list one more time. See Sample Output. SAMPLE OUTPUT Here is the list Lionel Messi Drake Adele Dwayne Johnson Beyonce Here is the new list * Lionel Messi * Drake * Taylor Swift * Adele * Beyonce Using an iterator, here is the list Lionel Messi Drake Taylor Swift Adele Beyoncearrow_forwardjava Write a program to do the following: Create an ArrayList of Student. Add 7 elements to the ArrayList. Use for each loop to print all the elements of an ArrayList. Remove an element from an ArrayList using the index number. Remove the element from an ArrayList using the content (element name).arrow_forwardHow do you maintain track of which array items already contain data, even if the array is only partly full?arrow_forward
