According to the civil service board, a new rule came up that an employee will be given a promotion for the post of supervisor only when the employee clears the test. With the help of a written test, an employee's mental skills can be tested.

Sheryl has 17 years of experience and as a manager, Maxine Othman expects Sheryl to take the place of supervisor due to her excellent skills and experience. Maxine did not like the new rule being popped in. However, after the assessment, Maxine was very much disappointed as Sheryl secured 12th rank. The one who secured 1st rank is one of the newly hired employees for the clerical post.
