Organizational cultures are the values, beliefs and the behaviours that penetrates within the internal organizational, it is essential to adopt and embrace the unique cultures that resides in each organization. This culture can influence the way employees are recruited, the way suppliers and customers are treated and how decisions are made in the organization.
