Introduction: The radial nerve is the extension of branchial plexuses in the armpit or axilla. It is the biggest nerve of the brachial plexus. Therefore, the radial nerve comprises nerve fibers from the nerve roots (C5 to T1). In some cases, the radial nerves arise only from the C5 to C8 nerve roots, and T1 is not involved.
