Introduction: Nutritional health refers to maintain nutrient levels in an individual. Good nutritional health not only maintains the nutrition status, but also improves immunity, stabilizes energy levels and helps in keeping the individual mentally stable. The best possible nutritional health is specific to the individual, but common nutrients in the diets of such individual includes fat, water, vitamins, protein, carbohydrates and minerals. Strategies can be formed to promote healthy eating among adults.
