Introduction:

The organization mentioned in the case study is said to be entertaining a work setting that motivates employees to happily engage in their work. The employees are much loyal to the organization due to the facilities that have been provided to them in better balancing their professional and personal lives. Managers of the company would have to focus on a number of ways that could maintain the current levels of motivation.
