Introduction:
Gene acts as the functional unit of a genome which takes part in formation of all genetic based products. One protein coding gene carries the genetic information for multiple protein chain. A single gene first performs transcription, into which DNA is converted into mRNA. mRNA undergoes different processing steps, which includes RNA splicing. The mature mRNA is further translated into proteins. All these process requires specific sequence of nucleotides to come into role.
