Level of expertise with Microsoft Office tools:

Microsoft Office is a collection of tools developed by Microsoft company that has wide user applications catering to different types of end users. Some of the tools are word, excel, PowerPoint and access.

MS Word:

• Word is an important word processing tool that helps to read, create, and edit documents.
• One can utilise the software to prepare text documents, insert images and embed other documents as well.
• The user has used the same document for creation of college reports on assignment and for preparation of thesis document in his study.
• It has helped him to review multiple documents and connect with other tools during the preparation.

MS Excel:

• Excel is used as spreadsheet editor providing a space for data entry and management.
• The user has been able to create analysis and reports like charts based on the data charts.
• Pivot charts is also an interesting example of useful data management.
• These days through the help of VBA macros, we can perform repeated calculations and formula through computer codes, and with little intervention by the person using it.
• The user has used the software for budgeting, preparing timetables and many tasks, making excel one of his most used applications...
