Concept Introduction:

The molar mass can be calculated by using the following equation.

  $\text{Weight (g) = }\frac{\text{Volume(mL)}\times \text{molar mass (g/mol)}\times \text{Molarity}}{1000}$

To calculate the molar mass, the above equation can be converted as

  $\text{molar mass (g/mol) = }\frac{\text{Weight(g)×1000}}{\text{Volume(mL)×Molarity}}$
