Introduction:
Fats are the richest sources of energy and provide high chemical energy on oxidation. The rigorous oxidation of fats releases large amounts of energy, but this process also produces some intermediate undesired products. These undesired by-products are formed as a result of incomplete fat oxidation. The increase in the concentration of these by-products has deleterious effects on the organism.
