Case Summary − An alleged charity scam was done by James T Reynolds and his two top executives, Rose Perkins and Kyle Effler, by raising funds for cancer services and using them for personal benefits. The Federal Trade Commission along with attorneys general and consumer protection agencies, in all 50 states, filed a lawsuit against the four charities.
