  $2\left(x + 11\right) + 2\left(x + 8\right) + 2\left(x\right)$

Third,

  $2\left(x + 4\right) + 2\left(x +9\right) + 2\left(x + 6\right)$

Fourth,

  $2\left(x\right) + 2\left(3\right) + 4\left(x + 8\right)$

Fifth,

  $2\left(x\right) + 2\left(x + 8\right) + 2\left(3\right) + 2\left(x +8\right)$

Sixth,

  $2\left(x\right) + 2\left(3\right) + 2\left(4\right) + 2\left(x + 6\right) + 2\left(x + 6\right)$

Hence, in 6 different ways it can be computed.
