Introduction:

The convex lens is a lens that converges light rays that transmit parallel to its main axis, which at the lower and upper edges is relatively thick across the middle and thin. The outer edges are curved rather than inward.

Convex lens can focus light ray at a particular point call focus. As a result the intensity of the light concentration at the focal point is high which cause sometime fire.
