Feedback is an essential part of performance appraisals which helps employees to understand how they have performed and how they can improve over time. However, many organizations fail to provide effective feedback for making the effectiveness of performance appraisals questionable. 360- Feedback is a method used by many organizations which cover feedback from multiple perspectives, including supervisors, customers, and colleagues etc to offer a more holistic view.
