Caloric-restricted diet is whenindividual eats healthy, and reduces their calorie intake, but takes enough vitamins and minerals that are needed every day. Testosterone and dihydrotestosterone are the two hormones responsible for facial hair growth. Both of them are male-specific steroid hormones.
