What do you think the scientific management theorists would react to the increased use of teams in organization and how would behavioural science theorists react?
Introduction:
As increasing organizational efficiency is the prime objective of each company, management theorists have made regularly training in order to attempt that intention. Scientific management is usually an oversight premise that one rationalizes as a consequence standardizes management techniques, with the intention containing recovering expertise and production. It's also referred to as Taylorism. The major contributor of this premise is Fredrick Winslow Taylor, along with that's why the scientific management is generally known as equally "Taylorism".
