To determine:
Whether the sports teams go through the stages of development or not. Give reason.
Introduction:
Tuckman's five stages of development help new team building. Forming a team takes a great deal of time since there are many different individuals sharing various kinds of beliefs, norms, culture, attitudes and etc. So moulding everyone to work on the same goal, in the same way, will be very hard. This is because members need to go a long way from being strangers to being a united group with a common goal. Teams who succeed in this get success in their achievements as well because this is the point where each one is there, for the support of the other and, etc.
So any leader when forming a team could practice this stages even a sports team.
