Introduction:
A group is two or more interacting as well as merged those who coincide to reach unique standards. formal groups are work groups which are defined separately organization's structure and have registered work assignments as well as exact tasks directed at reaching organizational goals. Informal groups are social groups. For any successful team-based model led the concepts of leadership, good team player, members of the group and team work which everyone works for the organization into set of unit. Hence we have to concentrate on the basic concepts of team work before we get into work for the success.
