Interpretation: A graph that shows the effect of increasing substrate concentration on the rate of an enzyme-catalyzed reaction has to be drawn.
Concept introduction: If the concentration of an enzyme is kept constant and the concentration of a substrate is increased, then enzyme activity will also increase. The increase in the enzyme activity is up to a certain substrate concentration and thereafter it remains constant.
