One pager please! Topic: Diabetes Summarizes strategies and benefits of mindful eating (you might need to incorporate info on the benefits of consistency as well though; for example, someone with diabetes may not feel like they are hungry six hours after they last ate, but it might be wise for them to eat anyway to help with blood glucose regulation; research this a bit to see what is recommended) within one half of the page and uses the rest of the page for them to consider the structure of their day? I don’t know that you would need to put 24 lines, perhaps they could just write in the time they wake up at the top of the “schedule” and what time they go to bed at the bottom of it and fill in the middle accordingly. It might be good to have a weekday schedule and a weekend schedule. Consider using some of the questions (e.g., How many hours are between each meal/snack? with a line for them to write in an answer). So, some educational content on the page but also an activity. Feel free to explore/create ideas for the activity. Include refernces please.
