Give the result(s) of the experiment in "MicroRNAs Control De Novo DNA Methylation Through Regulation of Transcriptional Repressors in Mouse Embryonic Stem Cell" and how the figure clearly demonstrates that outcome. Also, note the positive and/or negative controls for the experiment.
Gene Interactions
When the expression of a single trait is influenced by two or more different non-allelic genes, it is termed as genetic interaction. According to Mendel's law of inheritance, each gene functions in its own way and does not depend on the function of another gene, i.e., a single gene controls each of seven characteristics considered, but the complex contribution of many different genes determine many traits of an organism.
Gene Expression
Gene expression is a process by which the instructions present in deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) are converted into useful molecules such as proteins, and functional messenger ribonucleic (mRNA) molecules in the case of non-protein-coding genes.

INTRODUCTION
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of small, single-stranded non-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. They are known to play an important role in gene regulation and diverse biological processes such as development, proliferation, differentiation, cell cycle progression, apoptosis, and stress responses. miRNAs are known to be involved in various diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and neurological disorders. miRNAs interact with their target mRNAs through base-pairing and induce degradation or inhibit translation of the target mRNA, thereby controlling its expression.
Aim:
To determine the positive and negative controls for the experiment.
