I am looking to improve how efficiently a warehouse operates and want to try using digital twin technology for this. I would appreciate your thoughts on which objects in the warehouse would be best to model using FlexSim.
I am building a digital model of how things work in the warehouse, using around 15 to 30 objects like Source, Queue, Processor, Rack, and Sink. I want to keep it simple but still accurate.
I've already made three different models (screenshots attached) that show different ideas in the warehouse with the aforementioned object included. Could you help me figure out how to combine them into one model / idea without going over 30 objects, I can only have a model, 3 models are too many for me now, only can choose 1.
