1) We find in module 4, chapter 10, various information on suicides and the motivations of the individuals who committed it. Among them was assisted suicide, which is based on different setbacks that it has to achieve since it is a legal matter. Although it should be noted that this has already been legalized in certain states. In Oregon it was legalized for the first time giving the name to this law of "Death with Dignity". The human being is usually the only living being to perceive his own departure from this world. People tend to have unrealistic beliefs when they believe they are nearing the end of their lives. In this writing it is affirmed that individuals suffer a great physical deterioration before a short time before the end of their days. The point of view that exists or was seen before of a dying person and his relatives by his side waiting for his departure from this world occurs less and less. Increasingly, deaths occur when and in the manner that people least expect. And each time the attempts to extend the life of a person when they are in the terminal stage are less possible. Payne, K., Hosie, A., Churchill, L., White, D. B., & Downar, J. (2018). PhysicianAssisted Suicide and Euthanasia in the ICU. Critical Care Medicine, 45(2), 149–155. https://doi.org/10.1097/ccm.0000000000001818 2) In this writing, the obstructions that patients who are granted this legal right go through are analyzed. It also highlights how society sees this. this writing emphasizes my position that obtaining this right is more difficult than one might think regardless of the patient's situation. Most of the writings to which the public can have access on this highly controversial or taboo subject, has been based on moral, legal and ethical points of view and not on the rights that a
patient has in their decision-making to the point end of his life. This issue is increasingly forgotten, and these people are less and less considered to make that decision or simply to expose them. This writing is based on analyzes of the Vermont Aid-in-Dying Study, an ethnographic analysis of the establishment of AID in Vermont. He began by demonstrating that individuals who had terminal illnesses incurred various impediments when trying to access AID in permissive jurisdictions, and furthermore that accessing AID is affected by specific differences in medical care, then he went on to base himself on studies that analyzed the use of the notion about public health. By constituting the empirical study. WHAT is based on rights that highlights under what conditions and how an individual is to make decisions at the end of life. Clinard, M. B., & Meier, R. F. (2015). Sociology of Deviant Behavior (15th ed.). Cengage Limited. https://mbsdirect.vitalsource.com/books/978130584087 3) In this paper, the different scenarios that could arise around the issue of assisted suicide are examined. It is also worth mentioning that, there is a lack of writings or data that analyze this topic in depth, which means that it is a topic that is hardly talked about. This writing was very beneficial because it favors my points of view on the pros and cons of said subject. The position of professionals in the field of medicine regarding the issue of assisted suicide, which is known as euthanasia, has not been examined. The arguments they possess were analyzed by accumulating content, position and sentiment. Just to fill out an information that will be stored in google. which was only based on a debate about who was in favor and who was against. manner of account
