ACE- Hernandez Family 2 The ACE assessment instrument was introduced to us in this week's assignment. When it comes to investigating someone's past for any kind of abuse, neglect, family dysfunction, or internal sickness, this tool will be incredibly helpful (CDC, 2019). I was able to appropriately relate the Hernandez family interview and highlight some significant consequences that are occurring with the kids by using the ACE evaluation as well. We see a lot of guests, so using the assessment helped me to go back and extract effects because it says it. However, it's our responsibility to find critical triggers and benefits to the concerns by creating workable strategies. Evaluations such as this one enables us to identify crucial triggers and factors. The literacy coordinators this week discussed how bolstering family-friendly supports can help prevent ACEs (CDC, 2019). Juan is reportedly putting forth a lot of effort, but he is still lacking in several areas. His financial accountability seemed to be very important to him. It would probably be in this family's best interest to make them wary of any funds that could assist with their nutritional needs and benefits, health care and insurance, support for their bills, and other funds that could help them save and have extra money on hand. The textbook also discussed conditioning and tying young people to adult supervision (CDC, 2019). I guess it would be beneficial for the kids to see someone after receiving academy training that will allow the kids to engage with others in their shoes and acknowledge the positive social effects of being around nice people and setting an example of the behavior, we want them to learn and use in their own life. According to research, behavioral health organizations usually establish a rapport with the visitors and/or family before beginning this evaluation (Schulman & Maul, 2019). It is evident that matters of this nature are quite delicate for the family. Juan seems protective during the interview. And the consequences they confront drive his woman to the brink of hysteria.

Using this information, I would first establish a rapport with the family, carry out the assessment, explain to them why it is required, and create a plan or treatment item with the goal of addressing any past trauma and preventing any future trauma from occurring. In addition to being helpful in identifying traumatic events, the ACE evaluation tool is also fantastic, giving to other facets of life that are comparable to growing internally and physically problems, teenager pregnancy, TIs, STDs, and other issues. The social worker and other professionals can use this tool to Determine the cause of the trauma and the stage of perspiration to help the person deal with more positive concerns or uniqueness. This, in my opinion, is an incredibly useful tool that enables the social worker to efficiently prepare and create pretenses that add value to the lives of the customer(s).
