Describe how you can use your newly developed sociological perspective in your everyday life. It can be used to identify social forces so that I might have an easier time being around people. Peter Berger wrote “It can be said that the first wisdom of sociology is this- things are not what they seem.” 2. What aspects of sociology can be helpful to you in your personal life? Sociology can be helpful in my personal life by examining aspects of people and why they are the way they are and why they treat me so badly. 3. What aspects of sociology can be helpful to you in your professional life? It can be helpful because understanding micro and how people foster relationships with each other can help me to create relationships with others. 4. How can a deeper understanding of human interaction be helpful in the real world? A deeper understanding is helpful because knowing things like conformity in a group can help you to understand why people might act a certain way in a macro sense.
