This is an optional extra credit assignment. You are not required to complete it. Even if your final grade cannot be changed by your participation, feel free to participate, just as a celebration of your newly acquired stock of knowledge. To earn points, you need to complete the following tasks:  Go back to the very first discussion board and take a look at the image you posted and what you said about it. As you take a look at that artifact, think about how much your understanding about women, crime and justice has evolved over the past seven weeks. Take a moment to ponder what you believed about the subject seven weeks ago and what you know today. Identify where the gap between what you believed then and what you know now is the greatest. In other words, how has your thinking about the subject has most changed?  On this discussion board post an image that best reflects your current view of the topic "women, crime and justice." Provide a caption for it. In addition, identify one aspect of your understanding that has most changed over the past seven weeks and explain how that evolution took place. Was it something that you read in the textbook? A video or a newspaper article? A classmate's discussion post? Or maybe the shift took place while completing a written assignment. Probably, it was some combination of coursework that nudged you to a different way of thinking about an issue or a topic.  Read the postings of your classmates and post a reply to the one that most inspires you to continue learning more about women, crime and justice.
