2 I view social work's " use of self " as utilizing one's abilities, conceptions, and knowledge. To assess one’s underlying character flaws, an essential performance skill, one must first comprehend who they are (Allassad Alhuzail, 2022). Self-use in social work refers to using professional knowledge to assist clients, individuals, groups, communities, or society. The concept of self is fundamental to therapeutic social work. On the other hand, program planning aims to construct a coordinated plan of actions or interventions to address and attempt to resolve some or all of the identified issues. Analyzing programs and their operations can yield much valuable information using the self-concept. Evaluation increases the effectiveness, efficiency, and efficacy of a program. Despite employing distinct strategies, both should achieve the same results. This concept has not changed over time since; social workers employ their "use of self" similarly to how a doctor employs a stethoscope, an artist employs a paintbrush, a musician employs a guitar or other percussion instruments, etc. (Allassad Alhuzail, 2022). In the following methods, social work researchers investigate the "Use of Self" Social work and other human care professions focus on the complexities of human behavior, illustrating how difficult it is to evaluate treatment programs and outcomes. Based on subtle signals, behaviors, or patterns, social workers can often identify problems affecting their clients and propose solutions. There are additional ineffable indicators of "use of self" and indicators of whether an action or behavior was successful or unsuccessful. Social workers utilize the "Self" in their practice. Typically, a person's false ego can be identified through self-awareness. Self-discovery is both a privilege and a duty. Before bringing your authentic self to social work, one must comprehend who they are. True understanding would result from the realization that we are not who we believe we are. In social work, pursuing the "self" is a strategy for achieving the field's objectives and establishing the foundation for a thriving, compassionate, and caring society. Hence, if I want
3 to collaborate with clients from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds, I must create a culturally secure workplace and advocate for the equality of all individuals. Priority should be given to those mistreated due to their race, ethnicity, gender, age, or social standing. Q2: In order to create a more just society, the overarching objective of social justice advocacy will be to influence legislation and public opinion. These programs aim to educate the audience about religion, injustice, ethnic injustice, and economic inequality. Activism for social justice and social justice counseling are essential components of the modern counseling profession (Allassad Alhuzail, 2022). Activism will always be significant because it is one of the most efficient means of enhancing society. Given this, it is essential to evaluate the program and make necessary adjustments to help it achieve its goals. Their services once were more excellent. Within the hypothetical plan, Politics and technology may make it difficult to interact with individuals who are or have been involved in the criminal justice system. I can evaluate existing Human rights and social and economic justice Legislation. No one may be acquainted with or proficient with this program. Grants are an additional option. If the program cannot demonstrate its efficacy, funding may be withheld, resulting in reduced services. According to its standards, the government may endorse or condemn specific behaviors. Policy evaluation is the process of determining the value of a policy, as well as whether it achieved its goals, how efficiently it was administered, and how much it cost (Suarez‐Balcazar, 2022). The primary objective of policy evaluation is to determine a policy's effectiveness. It comprises an all-encompassing strategy directed by mutually agreeable, realizable objectives and methods. When it comes to evaluation, additional concerns must be

Social justice therapy seeks to ensure that society's power and resources are distributed more fairly and justly so that everyone has access to the resources they need to attain their full potential and society's full potential. Since the person seeking justice will likely have a distinct cultural background and life experiences from the counselor, multicultural therapy and social justice go hand in hand (Allassad Alhuzail, 2022). These skills have three categories: cooperation, knowledge/awareness, and advocacy. It is emphasized that both the client and therapist must continue to evaluate their privilege, experiences, and oppression. If I want to help improve the world instead of making it worse, I must first comprehend how injustice affects people from all aspects of life. To avoid offending or aggravating a particular individual or group, I must recognize how my values, perspectives, and biases impact my professional relationships and success. Q3: My long-term professional objective is to join a team of individuals who are dedicated to maximizing their potential in program and policy planning by meticulously planning, evaluating, and implementing programs and policies that assist the social work fraternity in achieving its mission and vision. According to Abraham Maslow, self-improvement involves realizing one's full potential. Consequently, a personal growth plan can assist an individual in developing a strategy to maximize their potential (Suarez‐Balcazar, 2022). Consequently, this plan will outline the necessary actions to qualify as a manager at any time. By being social activists and promoting change, particularly in our government, we can attain equality and social justice and ultimately eliminate social injustice. Advocacy enables individuals to participate in crucial decisions and to learn more about their rights. Counseling for social
5 justice, social activism, and social injustice are interconnected. Hence, campaigns will always be necessary to combat social injustice because they influence policy and practice changes. Social justice treatment aims to ensure that less fortunate individuals can access opportunities. Overall, everyone should be regarded equally by the rule of law. References Allassad Alhuzail, N.
