Alternatively, human rights are depicted as important in social work. Integrating human rights in social work is essential in protecting the most vulnerable populations in society. Human rights ensure the prevention, minimization, and amelioration of social problems. Ethics in human services include ethical principles such as social justice, a person's worth, Dignity, and the significance of human relationships, competence, and integrity. Ethical Issues and Social Problems Relating to Ethics in Human Services Social problem 1: Human Services accessibility disparities are contributed by income level, race, location, and gender. One of the main goals of providing human services through social work is to bring them to areas where individuals can easily access them at their convenience. Ethical Issue: There is a possibility of discrimination in service provision based on race, gender, cultural background, and income level. It resonates with the Global Agenda for Social Work and Social Development, one of the core themes of Promoting the worth and Dignity of people, which is framed in human rights (Androff, 2016, p.3). Social Problem 2: Allocation of Resources
3 Human services provision is faced with inadequate resources required to fully satisfy the members of society. It demonstrates the scenario in which, in most cases, the limited resources are channeled to the privileged, and the minority groups are left out. Alternatively, it involves considering the major groups in the community, and the minority is left out. Ethical Issue: Difficulty in promoting just and fair distribution of resources in meeting the varying needs of the community members while also observing their rights. It is the promotion of social justice through social development. Human rights values include human dignity principles, participation, self-determination, treating each individual as a whole, and developing and identifying strengths. Social Problem 3: Lack of Cultural Competence Limited knowledge in diverse communities hinders cultural competence in the provision of human services. Some social workers need more knowledge of specific groups, and the inability to uphold the ethical learning responsibility of the clients exacerbates the phenomenon. Ethical Issue: Lack of cultural sensitivity and cultural humility during the provision of human services fueling cultural disrespect. Social Problem 4: Lack of observation of informed consent while engaging the clients. Informed consent, especially in social work, involves the need for the social workers to use understandable and clear language to inform the clients about the purpose of the service, risks, and limitations in the accessibility of the services. It also requires social workers to allow clients to ask questions. Alternatively, it involves the creation of awareness in the case of the use of technology.

Key Patterns and Themes Human Rights The research enables a recognition of the pattern inclusion of human rights in human services. Human rights are key in providing human services, especially in social work. It demonstrates the growing attention to human rights in the social work literature. Androff's (2016) book indicates the growing perspective of social work contributed by social work experiences while practicing in human rights settings. The integration of human rights in social work enables the protection of community members from oppression and abuse. Most individuals engaging significantly in human rights work to protect the most vulnerable members of society. The human rights theme facilitates addressing topics such as torture, truth, environmental rights, discrimination, and religion. Additionally, Herlihy & Remley (2014) indicate that recognition of the social work code of ethics in human services provision ensures the promotion of ethics. Advocating for Equity Equality and Social Justice Achieving advocacy in social work forms the primary goal, especially in social justice. Social justice advocacy in human services incorporates giving voice to those who deserve it and ensuring that marginalized communities are supported. Human services require treating each individual justly and with utmost fairness. The success of equality, equity, and social justice is marked by ensuring that all the members recognize their rights and can exercise them. Human Rights-Based Framework
5 Ethics in human services require adopting the human rights-based approach as it enables meeting the needs of individuals in society. The human rights-based approach forms a conceptual framework for the human development process and is based on international human rights standards. It is mainly directed at the promotion and protection of the rights of humans. The framework helps analyze the inequalities that are prevalent in development problems. Alternatively, it facilitates addressing the unjust and discriminatory power distributions impeding progress and development, leading to some groups of people being left out. Androff (2016) demonstrates the need for schools to revamp their curriculum and mission to embrace the human rights perspective. Adopting the Human Rights-Based Perspective Human service professionals must adopt the human rights-based framework by depicting cultural competence. It involves recognizing and valuing diverse backgrounds, including sexual orientation, gender, religion, socioeconomic status, ethnicity, and race. Therefore, human services professionals would promote cultural respect while engaging with the clients. It would also require the professionals to recognize cultural identity intersection, shaping people's needs and experiences. Alternatively, the professionals can adopt the inclusive communication strategy by considering that the clients acknowledge their language preferences, communication styles, and literacy levels. In addition, human services professionals can advocate for the observance of human rights for all community members. It has increased awareness of social problems and ethical issues in human services.
6 Alternatively, it ensures the identification of the patterns and themes in human services, which ensures consideration of even minority groups.
