2 3-2 Activity: Critical Analysis Engage Discuss how you would constructively collaborate with your population to encourage their engagement with your chosen topic. For my chosen population within multiculturalism is immigrants. There are so many struggles when immigrating to a new country. Within our community’s people from different cultures aren’t always welcomed, the idea of learning from different cultures and accepting them is difficult for some people to understand. However, I think this does depend on a couple of things, for example location of where currently living and where have previously came from. To encourage constructive collaboration with immigrants, establish community forums, organize cultural exchange programs, provide language support initiatives, and promote collaborative projects to foster inclusive conversation and engagement. Some of the things I would do to collaborate with the population would be: Establishing Community Forums from people of a similar culture and/or people who have immigrated recently. Depending on location a Cultural Exchange Program that would help educate. Language support Initiatives Collaboration projects within the local area. ( Multiculturalism 2023) ( The Council of Europe: ) Describe at least one positive element within your topic that supports transformation.
