(Preparation) I have been improving my psychological health for less than 6 months, but I need to do more. (Action) I have been improving my psychological health for more than 6 months. (Maintenance) Keeping your current stage of change in mind, set a SMART goal, including a timeline, for improving your psychological health. SMART Goal: I will be mindful of what I partake in. Many people and things can influence me if I allow it. Therefore, I will be mindful of who I confine in, what music I listen to and the type of people I associate myself with. State 3 challenges that you may face that increase your anxiety. One might experience anxiety in finances, relationships and health. State 3 specific examples of how you will address your anxiety issues. In the event “I feel anxious” I will do as Phillipans 4:6-8 states, “ Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”.
