Applied statstc lab: Assignment 1 (accessing and using SPSS) Review optons for accessing SPSS (i.e., leasing and installing or using FDU Anywhere or using on campus computer labs). Follow the instructons below; all relevant output NEEDS to be cut/pasted below (to this WORD document or to a pdf fle). You will then upload this document to the assignment 1 portal on webcampus. 1. Below is data for the ages of 6 men and 6 women. Enter it into SPSS (make sure you value label the data for sex). Generate the frequencies for each of the variables you created in your database (sex and age). Cut and paste the output tables below. Men: 25, 47, 44, 23, 50, 43 Women: 24, 34, 38, 47, 51, 33 2. You will need to use the World Trade Center 9/11 data. If you have SPSS leased, you will download the data fle to your PC/Mac and access it there. If you’re using FDU Anywhere, frst download the fle, then upload the fle to the FDU Anywhere server. Once you’ve opened the fle in SPSS, you will generate frequencies for the variables year in college, race/ethnicity and religion . Cut and paste the output tables below.
