Example 1) In my work setting, I observed a manager consistently giving more attention and praise to male employees than female employees. This could be seen in how the manager would give more detailed feedback to the male employees and often prioritize addressing their issues over female employees. The cues that led me to believe implicit bias played a role in this situation were the gendered patterns in the manager's behavior and the lack of detailed feedback given to the female employees.
