 How is this assessment and its results valuable and relevant to you? This assessment and its results are valuable and relevant to me as I am someone who is not great at recognizing and handling big emotions well. Although I am aware of this aspect of my personality, this assessment really helps to pinpoint which areas specifically need more attention.  What did you learn about yourself? Through the assessment, I learned that individuals with a score range similar to mine have an okay level of emotional intelligence, which usually means that they have some good working relationships with their colleagues, while others may prove more difficult. One aspect of my score that was somewhat surprising was my score for the social skills category, which seemed fairly high since I am an introverted and quiet person.  How and where will you apply these results in your professional life? I will apply these results in all aspects of my professional life as I am aware that my emotional intelligence needs improvement. Although some areas of the assessment were not necessarily low, I would still like to improve on the social skills aspect as well as motivation as these are important aspects for a leader to understand and possess.  Which areas would you like to focus on to improve your emotional intelligence skills? The main areas I would like to focus on to improve my emotional intelligence skills are the self-awareness and self-regulation categories. I plan to work on being more self-aware and being able to better self-regulate and deal with my emotions as they

arise. This will help me as a future leader to be able to guide and influence others.
