Michael Bileca Michael Bileca (born March 8, 1970) is a Republican politician and a former member of the Fl Domiciliate of Representatives, representing the 115th District, which includes north-central Miami-Dade County, stretching from Doral to Palmetto Bay, from 2012 to 2018.
