Cordarone (amiodarone hydrochloride) 400 mg PO daily, notify MD if P less than 60 Cardizem SR (diltiazem) 180 mg PO daily Relafen (nabumetone) 1,000 mg PO daily KCL oral solution 20 mEq PO b.i.d. Multivitamin 1 tab PO daily Tylenol 650 mg PO q4h prn T above 101 Humulin R insulin 10 units and Humulin N insulin 38 units subcutaneous 30 minutes ac breakfast Humulin R insulin 10 units and Humulin N insulin 30 units 30 minutes ac dinner Pneumovax 0.5 mL IM stat for 1 dose Cleanse right heel with NS solution (0.9% NaCl) and apply a DSD daily 1800 calorie ADA 2 g sodium diet CHAPTER 8 CASE STUDY INFORMATION 1.
