Your explanation should be in a separate document from the deliverable you submitted in part B of this task: 1. Explain how you effectively used three of the following structural components in your deliverable from part B of this task: Paragraphs: I used paragraph formatting to break out the email memo into parts so that it is easier for the reader to absorb and understand since the message isn’t all just clumped into one big message. Placement (centered, indented, justified, etc.): I used indents to start each paragraph to keep it organized, consistent, and professional. Template and layout: I used an email template and layout to convey this message, starting with the greeting at the top and ending with the email signature at the bottom with my name, job title, and number to reach me at. a. Explain why the structural components you chose are effective for the audience and deliverable format: I think the structural components used are effective because they help convey the message to HR in an organized, clean, easily readable format. They make sense in an email and help layout expectations and details in a easily consumable format. 2. Explain how you used three of the following design components in your deliverable from part B of this task: Italics: Italic font was used for my signature block, to help it stand out more as a signature block, differentiated from the main message of the email. Color (background, text, shading, etc.): I used blue color in my signature block, again to help it stand out and differentiate it from the main message and bring attention to it so that people know where to reply to me and reach me at if they need to call me with questions or comments. Template: I used an email template to send out this message to the employees, as I felt it was the most appropriate and professional way to send this message out. 3. Explain how your deliverable effectively demonstrates clarity and conciseness: I think the structural components used are effective because they help convey the message to the staff in an organized, clean, easily readable format. The email format helps layout expectations and details in a easily consumable format.
