Which parts are being replaced most because of mechanical failure or accident, like a flat tire or rock through the windshield? i. At 74, Tire Repair is the highest. I struggled with pulling up the records for Windshield Replacement. 2. Write a brief summary of your analysis that takes the information from Step 1 and presents it in a way that nontechnical stakeholders can understand . a. The Data gives us an in-depth look into the various repairs, regions with the high- est repair rate and mostly, the type of repairs our customers are coming in for. At 260, we can see that the Midwest has the highest repair rate. And a deeper look into the data also tells us Fuel Tank is the most replaced part, followed by Tire re- pairs at 74 and Tire Replacement and Windshield Replacement at 66 and 63 re- spectively. The data also gives us a better understand of locations around the na- tion that they more staffs to perform all the necessary repairs. 3. Outline the approach that you took to conduct the analysis. a. What queries did you use to identify trends or themes in the data?
i. The SELECT STATEMENT easily helps me with identifying the different trends in the database. With the select statement, I was able to choose which part of the database I would like to access. For example, with the SELECT STATEMENT, I pulled up the most replaced parts, and second and third within that line. b. What are the benefits of using these queries to retrieve the information in a way that allows you to provide valuable information to your stakeholders? ii. The benefits of using these queries to retrieve data can help companies can use the data to forecast growth based region and can help stakeholders ef- fectively distribute parts to high traffic areas. With such insight, they can proactively order parts and streamline processes for those parts to reach repair stores in the country. 4. Explain how the functions in the analysis tool allowed you to organize the data and re- trieve records quickly. b. The INSER INTO, and SELCT FROM STATEMENTS allow us to organize and retrieve data. With the INSERT INTO command, we can add records into the database, with the SELECT FROM Statement, we can select regions we part to 5retrieve and data within those regions that we want to display. Additionally, with the DELETE Statement, we can choose which record(s) we want to delete from the Database or from a specific Table.
