Also, this gives your instructor insight into your group dynamics. The expectation is that each student is fully involved and will be scored accordingly. I rewrote a few sentences with the permission of the members to make the essay flow smoothly. She made it clear when she wanted group members to complete their parts so she could submit the paper on time. She also informed the group to go back and shorten our writing to be within or a little bit over the page limit. healthcare leadership. She was the group member who helped me look for grammar and spelling mistakes throughout the essay along with fixing the formatting. didn’t ask for clarification. She ended up doing the conclusion, personality test analysis, and the question having to do with “finding your voice”. This confused the group and we had to rediscuss what our assigned parts were. someone had a question about the paper and its format. She made sure that the format of the paper met the APA standards. very spontaneous this week. She did manage to turn in her parts on time despite that and the mix-up that occurred with Corina. However, she did not assist with the editing of the paper other than making some changes to her parts.
