Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility The drive for strong profits should never outweigh the ethics of an organization and we intend to adhere to this moral foundation. It is a strong balance in the corporate world to stay on top and follow the moral compass of ethics in business. Our moral standards do not stop at the ethics of others, but also the wellbeing of the future. We intend to also act ethically towards sustainability of the environment and the people who sustain it. Steps to Ensure Consistence Quality. Our Approach 5 Creating Quality Culture First step is to introduce or customers with the quality of care that we intend to keep and carry out consistently. Through consistent quality and care we can gain, the most precious thing out there on the market, customer loyalty. Employee Empowerment -We not only want to improve the well being of our customers, but also focus on empowering the lives of those who make our organization so great, YOU! -We offer many education programs with training and professional development. -A strong sense of self can motivate many areas in your life. Team Building and Team Management Employee empowerment, team building, and team management all go hand in hand with effective communication throughout the organization. Team management helps development and foster workplace teams and relationships giving them the tools to effectively work together on each others' strengths and weaknesses. Team building is all about communication and intent of the inner workings of the organization. We help by identifying and eliminating
Politics and Conflict Conflict in the workplace in inevitable when filled with a diverse group of backgrounds and perspectives. Pupco encourages conflict or arguments when handled effectively and with the intent of resolution. A workplace without conflict is withholding ideas, comments, or concerns. Conflict is chance to grow into innovating and seldom thought of ideas. Politics can be a touchy subject for those with differing ideas or opinions. We try to build a workplace culture of cooperation rather than competition to have a safe space to talk and share their perspectives. The mentality that there is one right way to do something isn’t fostering employee empowerment. Our Approach 6
