Lowe’s is one of the largest home improvement retailers in the world. Their mission is to focus on Pro, Online, Installation Services, Localization and Assortment in an effort to build a stronger foundation for their clients. In order to find the efficiency, it is important to define the differences between project and process. A project is an effort that has to be completed within a set deadline and have a defined scope. This deadline can be for the delivery of a product, service, or even a discrete results. (SYDLE, n.d.).. An example of this, when reflecting to Lowe’s would be creating an environment where construction is not just for adults. Meanwhile process can be defined as a procedure realized in a sequence of stages that will lead to the production of a recurring result. This can be explained as hiring additional employees for when hosting particular sales or events at certain locations. In my opinion Lowe’s has become effective in creating an environment to teach younger kids that enjoying construction does not have an age. This is because in the past months, our Lowe’s has advertised that they have children events. When attending, children build difference wood projects. Not only are these entertaining and easy to do but the workers are there making it fun and encouraging. Lowe’s has proven to stand by their word, “ We have family fun events for every member of your crew, including our Kids’ Workshops with specially designed project events for your little builder. You can
also shop for lawn and party games, outdoor playsets, and even trampolines and swing sets for  fun things to do at home . So when you’re thinking of new things to do this weekend, think of Lowe’s, where there’s always more to do.” (Lowes). References: Corporate, L. (n.d.). Who We Are . Estimated time to complete: 1 hours Hello Curtis, Great post in showing how Netflix uses process and projects in order to show their efficiency and effectiveness. “ A key part of Netflix’s product strategy is to increase profits so they can reinvest in making an even better product in the future.” (Biddle, 2023). In order to do so Netflix predicted how individuals will be watching TV. From there they decided to invest in series such as Stranger Things. Therefore, in offering different series Netflix shows their high efficiency. References:

Hello, Great way of explaining the difference between a process and a project. Based on experience, Walmart has truly grown to understand what their consumer’s wants and needs are. Another way Walmart will be increasing their efficiency is,” By the end of fiscal 2026, Walmart expects about   65% of stores to be serviced by automation , with approximately 55% of fulfillment center volume processed through automated facilities.” (Redman, 2023). Moving in the direction of automation will allow the company to save more money as employees may work on other things. Reference: Redman, R. (2023).
