Introduction The online microlearning intervention developed by XYZ Bakery to increase delivery drivers' productivity is available to them 24/7. This intervention will focus on enhancing the individual's important talents such as driving, time management, communication, mentorship, product knowledge, and neatness (Alam, 2022). The performance review will serve as the basis for this intervention. If delivery drivers were provided with access to these tools, the company's reputation, the number of satisfied customers, and the percentage of on-time deliveries would all increase. The intervention will be sent to drivers in the form of a 15-minute film that will be shared over WhatsApp. Drivers will have two weeks to watch the movie whenever it is most convenient for them. Rationale At XYZ Bakery, there was a need for better performance management of the delivery drivers, therefore an online micro-learning intervention was built to meet that need. According to the performance review, the majority of drivers exhibit safe driving habits, familiarity with route maps, and product knowledge; however, there are several areas that require work, including communication, time management, and timeliness. These problems put the bakery's reputation at risk and hinder its capacity to maintain customer loyalty. It is imperative, for a variety of reasons, to close these knowledge gaps through the utilization of an online micro-learning intervention.

To begin, the drivers are free to incorporate the training into their schedules whenever they feel it is appropriate, which will keep the number of interruptions to their normal workday to a minimum. Second, XYZ Bakery has shown that it is dedicated to innovation and growth by integrating digital technology throughout the business. This policy of giving educational opportunities over the internet is in accordance with that goal, and it demonstrates XYZ Bakery's continued dedication to those goals. In addition, using a micro-learning technique makes certain that the training is condensed, interactive, and pertinent to the work that the drivers actually do. When learning is broken up into smaller, more concentrated chunks, motorists have a better chance of paying attention to and remembering the information that is most important to them. The intervention is able to reach all drivers with relatively little effort because of the extensive use of WhatsApp and the drivers' familiarity with the platform. Further Investigation It is proposed that more research will be conducted in order to collect first-hand accounts of the efficacy of the e-intervention from delivery drivers. We will find out more about their challenges, preferred learning styles, and potential areas for development by conducting surveys and holding focus groups. This will allow us to personalize our instructional approaches in a manner that is appropriate for each individual student. In order to build an intervention that caters to the requirements of drivers, it is essential to have a solid understanding of their points of view. In addition, we are going to investigate the impacts that past initiatives had by reflecting on the results of earlier training programs and programs. In light of our previous experiences, the current intervention could be improved by capitalizing on its existing strengths and working to fix any flaws that have been identified. In order to improve the levels of engagement, productivity, and overall satisfaction that the delivery drivers at XYZ Bakery experience on the
job, it is our responsibility to give them with an effective, individualized computerized micro- learning intervention. Designing the Training Project In this particular training program, participants will be exposed to micro-learning e- interventions in the form of a 15-minute video that will be sent to them over WhatsApp. As a direct outcome of the plan, drivers working for XYZ Bakery will have the opportunity to improve their abilities in the areas of driving, time management, communication, mentoring, product knowledge, and cleanliness. The streamlined and focused structure has been designed with the intention of swiftly attracting the attention of drivers and successfully catering to their requirements. Terms of Reference and Further Investigation An electronic micro-learning intervention will be developed, as required by the Terms of Reference (TOR). The paper will provide an overview of the project's objectives, as well as its limitations, its timeframe, and the tasks that have been assigned. The Terms of Reference will make sure that the intervention is in line with XYZ Bakery's performance management goals, e- learning preferences, and business goals, and they will do this by ensuring that the intervention is consistent. It is only possible to get a complete understanding of the delivery drivers' training requirements and preferences through direct connection with the drivers themselves. In-depth interviews and surveys are going to be used to gather more information about their experiences, the knowledge gaps that exist, and the prospects for growth (Ayebi-Arthur, 2017). We are of the opinion that including the drivers in the planning process will boost the effectiveness of the intervention since it will be better suited to meet the requirements that are unique to them.
The investigation will also investigate whether or not the preceding training initiatives were effective. The information that was gathered on the drivers' attitudes toward the various training techniques and resources will be revealed. It will be vital to engage with the higher management and supervisors at XYZ Bakery in order to make certain that the e-intervention is complementary to the overall performance management plan that the company employs. Their involvement will be absolutely necessary in order to determine the most critical priorities, standards of success, and objectives for the delivery team. The first step in the design process will be to create a detailed overview of the storyline for the 15-minute film. Each of the priority skill sets will be discussed in full, with an emphasis on providing practical guidance, in-depth case studies, and precise simulations (Bezovski & Poorani, 2016). This focus will be maintained throughout the entirety of the presentation. For the purpose of improving recollection and gauging comprehension, we intend to include interactive components such as quizzes and knowledge tests (Ibrahim et al., 2018). The online intervention will be simplified to make it easier to use and will be accessible to everyone who has a need. Drivers of various technical skill levels can benefit from the training because it features interfaces that are easy to use, instructions that are easy to understand, and a layout that is friendly to mobile devices (Malureanu et al., 2021). To develop an approach that is unified and effective, the members of the team working on this project will work together, applying the knowledge and skills they possess in areas such as performance management, e-learning technology, and instructional design. We will be able to finish the project on time and within budget if we keep a consistent meeting schedule and check in on our progress often (Hogan, 2011).

Understanding Organization In order for the micro-learning e-intervention that was developed for the delivery drivers of XYZ Bakery to be successful, it is necessary for those drivers to already possess a good basic understanding of the organization. The XYZ Bakery, located in the Tees Valley of Northeast England, is run by members of the same family that own the business. Due to the fact that its goods and services were necessary throughout the crisis, the bakery did exceptionally well after the lockdown was removed in the year 2021. In the past, the bakery formed a partnership with TBHRG (The Big Human Resource Group, Inc.), with the goal of improving the performance management procedures used by its line managers (Oliveira et al., 2016). XYZ Bakery is in the process of reevaluating its performance management practices with the goal of fostering its employees' continued progress over the course of their careers as a direct result of the rapid expansion of the company. As a result of the increasing utilization of digital technology during the pandemic, the senior partners are considering the implementation of e-learning tools in order to enhance performance management throughout the business (Suri, Gunamala;Sharma, Sneha, 2014). It is absolutely necessary to have a solid understanding of XYZ Bakery's context, organizational structure, and culture before attempting to design an effective e-intervention for the business. If the intervention is built particularly with the bakery's needs, priorities, and environment in mind, then it will have the maximum impact possible (Alam, 2022). SWOT Analysis The results of a SWOT analysis demonstrate that the internal and external opportunities and threats facing XYZ Bakery have an effect on the manner in which the company manages its employees' performance. During the epidemic, the bakery's expansion and financial success were
directly tied to its capacity to supply a product or service that was in high demand (Malureanu et al., 2021). In addition to these services, the business offers a comprehensive selection of high- quality goods, as well as a reliable transportation system that is run by experienced professionals (Ayebi-Arthur, 2017). Some delivery drivers have been called out for their poor communication skills and inability to properly manage their time, which has led to criticism. Instruction that is specifically tailored to each of these areas of weakness is required. As the bakery grows, the management may discover that it is difficult to keep consistently high levels of performance across the board. It's possible that the bakery might improve their performance management by taking advantage of the capabilities available through e-learning (Pham et al., 2018). The utilization of digital resources in teaching environments results in improvements to both adaptability and accessibility. The bakery has a chance of expanding its customer base and boosting its revenue if it focuses on satisfying the needs of the customers it already has (Upadhyaya & Mallik, 2013). To avoid being overtaken by newcomers to the industry and ensure its continued success, XYZ Bakery must continue to provide excellent service to its clientele. It is possible that the bakery will be impacted by recent regulations as well as economic unpredictability. For the bakery to maintain its level of success and continue to expand, it is vital for the bakery to make the most of its potential and address any flaws it may have (Liebowitz & Frank, 2016).
(Pham et al., 2018) PESTLE Analysis The PESTLE analysis that was carried out by XYZ Bakery looked into the various external factors that have an impact on the performance management approach that the company employs. The bakery can be found in a geographical area that is not only politically stable but also supportive of the expansion of small and medium-sized businesses. Nevertheless, delivery services are obligated to comply with all applicable transportation and safety laws in an exacting manner (Dominici & Palumbo, 2013). Alterations in customer spending patterns and increases in the cost of the supply chain make it more difficult for the bakery to generate a profit and utilize available resources. The success of the bakery is contingent on its standing in the community as a provider of items of superior quality and of friendly service; therefore, performance management is of the utmost importance. As a direct result of the integration of digital systems, new chances for e-learning interventions have surfaced, which has led to improved performance management and opportunities for career growth (Kimiloglu et al., 2017). If companies want to stay in business and compete effectively, they have no choice but to adopt cutting-edge technologies

(Liebowitz & Frank, 2016). The bakery is obligated to comply with all labor standards, safety regulations, and privacy laws in the course of putting their e-learning programs into action. In the event that the guidelines are followed to the letter, the intervention can be carried out without a hitch. The surge in popularity of sustainable and environmentally friendly business operations can be attributed to people's growing concern about the ecology of the globe. It is possible for the bakery to improve its reputation and attract environmentally conscious clients by incorporating environmental awareness into the delivery processes and staff training (Ayebi- Arthur, 2017). (Liebowitz & Frank, 2016) Training Need Analysis An in-depth examination of the training needs of the delivery drivers employed by XYZ Bakery needs to be carried out prior to the implementation of the micro-learning e-intervention. If you carry out a training needs analysis, you will be able to determine in which specific areas
your delivery drivers' knowledge and abilities are lacking. In order to complete this study, it will be required to collect data from a variety of sources (Bagarukayo & Kalema, 2015). This evaluation will begin with the findings of the most recent performance reviews completed on the delivery drivers. These findings will serve as our point of departure. This exam will test candidates' abilities in a variety of areas, including driving, time management, communication, mentorship, product knowledge, and cleanliness, to name just a few of those areas. Second, we will conduct surveys and focus groups with delivery drivers in order to get their feedback on various topics (Dominici & Palumbo, 2013). During these get-togethers, the drivers will have the opportunity to discuss the challenges they face and offer recommendations on how these challenges might be overcome. Participation from drivers ensures that the e-intervention will be tailored to meet their requirements and take into account their perspectives (Zabadi & Al-Alawi, 2016). The contributions of managers and supervisors will be utilized to evaluate the overall performance of drivers and to pinpoint areas in which they may improve (Bagarukayo & Kalema, 2015). By conducting an analysis of the data, we are able to identify trends that point to the locations that would gain the most from receiving increased cash for training and development. The findings from the training requirements analysis will be used to construct the content of the micro-learning e-intervention, which will then be specially customized to address the knowledge and ability gaps that were found in the course of the analysis. The examination of the data will also be of use in identifying the minimum amount of training that is required for various types of drivers (Batalla-Busquets & Pacheco-Bernal, 2013). According to the results, it is possible that
some drivers require a more fundamental approach, while others require more advanced training. This conclusion is based on the drivers' current skill levels (Bentley et al., 2012). Learning Objectives, Training Options and Training Design In order to close the performance gaps that have been identified, a micro-learning electronic intervention will be developed specifically for the delivery drivers working for XYZ Bakery. The enhancement of the drivers' driving ability, time management, communication skills, mentoring abilities, product knowledge, and cleanliness are the learning goals for the drivers (Bezovski & Poorani, 2016). We will give careful consideration to the training methods we use to guarantee that our delivery drivers are actively involved and that they learn important information. A video message delivered over WhatsApp that is 15 minutes long will serve as the primary mode of instruction (Zabadi & Al-Alawi, 2016). The movie will not only make everything easy to understand but also entertaining to watch at the same time. The audience will be engaged in learning through the use of quizzes and hypothetical situations that will be presented throughout the movie. The training program is organized in such a way that each learning objective is covered in the order in which they are presented. The tone for the intervention will be established at the beginning of the film by providing an explanation of the significance of performance management in relation to delivery drivers (Wong & Norman Neng- Tang Huang, 2016). After that, we will break each competency down into its own section, complete with in-depth instructions and illustrative examples on how to master it (Hsiao et al., 2020). The driving portion of the film will instruct viewers on safe driving practices and proper behavior while they are behind the wheel. Instruction on time management will center on various strategies for organizing and prioritizing work in order to achieve specific deadlines (García-

Holgado & García-Peñalvo, 2016). The ability to communicate effectively will be polished through the use of role-playing activities, and productive interactions with customers will serve as examples. A mentoring guide will be utilized, and actual training of new employees will take place, in order to place an emphasis on mentoring skills (Dominici & Palumbo, 2013). In order to further inform its clientele, XYZ Bakery will provide in-depth explanations of its products and services as well as the benefits associated with using them. As a last point of emphasis, we will emphasize how important it is for drivers to have a decent appearance and for delivery trucks to be kept clean (Ibrahim et al., 2018). The training will be designed with adult learners in mind, which means that the content will be adapted to their specific requirements and made to be applicable to their circumstances. This training program, which is condensed yet highly effective, will take the limited availability of the drivers into consideration (Upadhyaya & Mallik, 2013). In order to fit the training into their packed schedules, motorists can watch the video on their mobile devices, such as their phones or tablets. In addition, the training program will incorporate spaced repetition strategies, with the expectation that drivers will review the material at regular intervals in order to ensure that they are able to remember it (Kimiloglu et al., 2017). This method improves not only short- term memory but also long-term retention as well as the application of learned skills on the job (Suri, Gunamala;Sharma, Sneha, 2014). Delivering the Training The rollout of the micro-learning e-intervention for the XYZ Bakery delivery drivers will take place according to a timeline that has been meticulously established. The training will be presented to the drivers utilizing digital technology and interactive components so as to keep the drivers interested throughout the process and to maximize the likelihood of the drivers
remembering the material (Sclater, 2010). The members of the project team are going to finish drafting the script and producing the film that is 15 minutes long before they start the training session. The information will be arranged in a manner that is most conducive to accomplishing the goals of the course. The film will incorporate images, animations, and real-world occurrences in order to keep the drivers interested and increase the likelihood that they will remember what they have watched. Through the use of WhatsApp, the micro-learning e-intervention will be distributed to all ten delivery drivers. The team will provide the drivers with access to the training video as well as detailed instructions on how to watch the training and participate in the activities. Because the drivers are already familiar with WhatsApp and because it is readily available on their mobile devices, it is a natural decision to utilize WhatsApp as the platform for the delivery service (Krishnapatria, 2020). The movie will be made available to drivers of delivery vehicles for a period of two weeks, during which time they can watch it whenever it is most convenient for them. When students go at their own pace with their schooling and other commitments, they are better able to maintain a healthy balance between the two (Sclater, 2010). The movie will include several activities, such as quizzes, knowledge tests, and role- playing situations, all of which are designed to get the audience involved and involved in the action. There will be questions with multiple choice answers interspersed throughout the movie so that the information that is delivered may be tested afterwards to see how well it was retained by the audience (Pham et al., 2018). After finishing the movie in its entirety, drivers can have a conversation on what they learned from it, what they found difficult, and how the movie could have been made better. These data are critical for moving forward with the design of the intervention and improving its efficacy (Labus et al., 2012). A follow-up meeting will be planned in order to verify that the delivery drivers put their newly acquired knowledge to use and handle
any outstanding difficulties. This get-together might take place online if that's what's required, or it could take place in person if that's what would be more convenient (Oliveira et al., 2016). There will be time set aside for participants to reflect on the training they have received, discuss their opinions with one another, and ask questions. Techniques of spaced repetition will be utilized in order to assist pupils in retaining the knowledge that they learn. There will be regular reminders sent out to drivers to encourage them to put their newly acquired knowledge into practice by studying the fundamentals. The use of the reinforcement strategy will guarantee that the intervention will have a positive and long-lasting effect on their overall performance (Oliveira et al., 2016). The members of the project team will keep an eye on the drivers at every level of the training to ensure that they are participating actively. These numbers can provide insight into how successful the intervention was as well as how receptive the drivers were to being instructed (Mayoka, Kituyi Geoffrey & Kyeyune, 2021). Any problems that arise will be resolved as soon as possible in order to maximize the chances of the intervention being successful. Each delivery driver who takes part in the online micro-learning intervention will be eligible to receive a certificate of completion upon successful completion of the course. After the drivers have passed the exam, they will feel more confident than ever in their ability to put their newly acquired knowledge to work in their jobs (Malureanu et al., 2021). After the completion of the intervention, the team working on the project will set up a support structure in order to assist with any potential problems or additional training requirements that may arise (Labus et al., 2012). The drivers' assurance in their ability to use the information they have gained will rise, and the company's commitment to the drivers' continued professional development throughout their careers will be confirmed (Liebowitz & Frank, 2016).

Reflecting on group member My time spent collaborating with the other members of my group provided me with a rich educational experience. As a group, you worked together to build a collection of training materials, and everyone on your team had a hand in the brainstorming, research, and layout processes. Because of the diverse set of talents and experience that we brought to the table, we were able to make significant contributions to the project from a variety of different perspectives. Some of these included e-learning tools, performance management systems, and instructional design. The assessment of the needs of the group in terms of training was carried out quite competently by one of the team members. Their capabilities in data collecting and analysis enabled them to home in on particular areas in which delivery drivers have room for improvement. These areas featured things like polls and performance reviews, but they weren't restricted to just those. Their insightful analysis allowed for the definition of particular training objectives, which in turn ensured that all of the lessons were immediately applicable. Another member of the team has showed skill in the process of generating instructional materials that are engaging and interactive. Their creativity and aptitude with multimedia tools like animations and quizzes aided the micro-learning e-intervention. They included ideas about adult learning and user experience into the training design they developed, making it user-friendly and focused on the needs of the participants.
