Introduction My name is Sukhpreet Kaur, and I was born on December 18, 2003, in Phagwara, Punjab, India. I recently finished my senior secondary school at Kamla Nehru Public School in the vocational stream. This is my journey in terms of creativity and self-discovery, as seen through the prism of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial Thinking An entrepreneurial mindset can be developed. Entrepreneurial talents are even more prized today when fresh ideas and change are valued. Traditional education, which emphasizes degrees and test scores, has produced a competent workforce that may need more freedom to prosper in a rapidly changing environment. Business thinking is crucial in today's complex world. College graduates may need to gain the skills company’s demand (OECD, 2018). This is why joblessness is high even in countries with excellent education systems. Some worry that technology and AI are turning people into "expensive human robots" that can't learn or evolve and do monotonous tasks. Five simple approaches can help you think business-like. First, they must enjoy even the most painful tasks to generate new ideas (OECD, 2018). Learn new stuff to stay relevant. Encourage calculated risks to aid learning and discovery. Always prioritize efficacy and eliminate faults.

Ultimately, a "survival" mindset helps people overcome obstacles, learn from mistakes, and achieve. Flexibility, strength, curiosity, and creativity characterize entrepreneurs. They gain lifelong skills, reduce waste, take calculated risks, and recover from setbacks (OECD, 2018). People who believe this recognize that success in a changing world requires adaptation, inventiveness, and tenacity. These concepts can help people build the abilities and mindset needed to succeed in various occupations and solve today's ever-changing problems.

Entrepreneurs have diverse backgrounds and accomplishments. Each has a practical business method. This mindset gives people hope and the ingenuity to address the most significant issues. Entrepreneurs work hard to succeed. They also want to do something new, especially in the public sector, full of unpleasant things and red tape(Zahra and Wright, 2016). Know what businesses believe to understand how they think. Most significantly, business owners are always curious, like kids at a toy store. If they have energy, unchanging faith, and a willingness to learn, they will try new things and take risks. Their optimism is their second distinguishing trait. Entrepreneurs believe they are superior. They view the world as a blank slate with ideal laws and continually seek fresh solutions. Business thinking involves breaking the rules(Zahra and Wright, 2016). They battle and break norms to form their habits and lifestyles. Technology affects business thinking nowadays. Tech helps entrepreneurs develop, earn money, and function efficiently; therefore, they're intrigued.

The entrepreneurial mindset is advantageous outside of entrepreneurship. Businesspeople share this belief and strive for progress. Positive thinking, asking questions, and challenging others' knowledge are essential. Entrepreneurship boosts performance through creativity, initiative, and goal-setting. This method helps workers exceed goals. This allows personal growth and education. Problem-solving and prediction are key (Veleva, 2021). Career advancement and business success depend on entrepreneurship. This cognitive trait makes people creative, responsible, problem-solvers, and above-average learners. They are great at inspiring people to think creatively and see personal development as an opportunity to try new things. Rapid problem-solving helps them grow. Entrepreneurship emphasizes adaptability and measured risk- taking to achieve goals. Changes in organizational attitudes and personal development can boost worker adaptability and career advancement (Veleva, 2021). Entrepreneurship involves spirit, curiosity, perseverance, spotting and grabbing opportunities, and risk management and assessment. Entrepreneurs take chances that others don't. Going outside one's comfort zone or doing challenging activities can boost one's career, skills, and reputation. My Entrepreneurial Mindset Entrepreneurial thinking comprises more than simply establishing a company. A perpetual aspiration for advancement is characterized by optimism, curiosity, and a willingness to scrutinize established norms. This mode of thinking fosters innovation, initiative, and creativity in the workplace (Veleva, 2021). The Challenge Entrepreneurial thinking is not only crucial for success in the business world but also in a variety of other professional domains. This way of thinking distinguishes individuals by encouraging novel concepts, perceiving risk as a potential catalyst for advancement, and adopting an unconventional standpoint. Their remarkable aptitude for problem-solving motivated them to develop and advance.

My Approach Adopting an entrepreneurial mindset fosters adaptability and a willingness to undertake strategic risks. This effect alters an individual's perspective on organizations and personal development. Additionally, it reduces resistance to change, accelerating individuals' professional development. Possessing entrepreneurial thinking skills entails many qualities, including enthusiasm, inquisitiveness, perseverance in the face of setbacks, adeptness at risk assessment, and the capability to identify and capitalize on advantageous circumstances (Zahra and Wright, 2016). Possessing an entrepreneurial mindset requires an individual to be risk-taking. Overcoming the Challenge Entrepreneurship requires you to be creative in any way you want. It makes people think of new ideas that go beyond reality and pragmatism. This method encourages creativity and untapped potential, which leads to unique and essential job paths.
