A culture that values innovation, transparency, and employee empowerment encourages leaders to exhibit behaviors that rightfully align with their values (Saputra & Mahaputra, 2022). Organizational culture shapes the leader's behavior in the workplace by making them work in a diversified team and perform activities in an aligned and organized manner to grow cultural imparity within the organization. Factors that influence leadership behavior in the workplace comprise of leadership style that enables the leaders to take a leadership approach based on situations and circumstances increasing the success chances and opportunities (Gemeda & Lee, 2020). The goals and objectives of an organization also influence leadership behavior as it encourages them to direct their actions to the activities they need to perform to grow their effectiveness and positively contribute to workplace development. Goals and objectives influence leadership behavior in the workplace by encouraging them to make responsible decisions that help eliminate challenges and restore organizational performance and productivity. Team dynamics also influence leadership behavior in the workplace as it encourages the leaders to develop coordination and cooperation among the team members and encourage them to share their thoughts and ideas enabling the leaders to perform activities and achieve desired results and outcomes (Hajiali, et al., 2022). Experience and training the leaders influence their behavior as they build their emotional intelligence, 3

Factors that influence leadership behavior in the workplace include personal values and beliefs that enable growing integrity and transparency that shape their behavior. Leaders who truly value integrity and transparency also aim to influence the same morale among the employees helping them to perform activities with accountability that intend to grow their overall performance and productivity (Nguyen, et al., 2020). Moreover, personal values and beliefs among the leaders shape their behavior by inhibiting their characteristics and abilities that allow for systematic organizing and prioritizing activities that intend to develop the overall performance and productivity of the organization. examining the factors that influence the behavior of leaders also comprises external factors such as economic conditions, market competition, and geopolitical events that aim to influence leadership behavior and encourage them to make more responsible decisions that contribute to their overall development (Kaluza, et al., 2020). Market and customer demand can drive leadership behavior in terms of product development, marketing strategies, and customer initiatives. Technological advancement also influences leadership behavior as it allows the leaders to adopt digital tools for communication, remote work, and data-driven decision-making process that allows the leaders to undertake more cohesive and responsible decisions that turn out to be beneficial for the organization. Leadership behaviors are influenced by the above-mentioned factors comprising organizational culture, leadership style, and employee expectations that allow the leaders to be responsible for their work and meet the evolving needs of the organization. 4
