SPORTS AND FITNESS CHALLENGE 5 Expenses related to the project are included in the comprehensive budget of $30,000, which includes venue rental costs of $10,000, equipment purchase and maintenance costs of $8,000, marketing material costs of $5,000, and other expenses totalling $7,000. There are a variety of potential sources of income, such as sponsorships, gifts from local businesses, and grants from organisations focused on health and wellbeing. Project Risks Inclement weather that disrupts outdoor activities is one of the potential dangers associated with this project. Other potential risks include low participant participation, withdrawal of sponsors, and logistical difficulties. We will evaluate the possibility of each risk as well as its potential impact, and then we will formulate mitigation solutions. For instance, a backup indoor site might be booked, marketing efforts could be ramped up to attract participation, and backup plans could be established to deal with any logistical concerns as soon as they arise. In order to maintain a proactive approach to risk management for the entirety of the project, regular risk assessments will be carried out.
