2 Outline - Individual Action Project Organization description The organization I am observing for this project is Nike. With its unwavering commitment to excellence, Nike has solidified its position as the foremost purveyor of top-tier gear, cutting-edge clothing, and revolutionary footwear that transcends mere fashion and elevates performance to extraordinary heights. My expected role I am aiming the role of a marketing officer. Under this role, I will be tasked with the following responsibilities:  Organizing and distributing information  Overseeing social media campaigns  Evaluating campaign effectiveness  Reporting on trends and statistics Organizational behavior topics Based on my expected role in the organization, I will focus on diversity and communication as the two organizational behavior topics in this project. Diversity in the workplace refers to having employees from a range of nationalities and backgrounds. It refers to diversity in gender, social status, and culture, among other things. In the workplace, communication is critical as it enhances employee morale, engagement, productivity, and satisfaction. For improved teamwork and cooperation, communication is also essential. In the end, efficient communication at work promotes better outcomes for teams, individuals, and companies.

3 In my expected role as a marketing officer, these two strategies will be of essence for me. I will be dealing with people from different backgrounds, and cultures and hence the importance to know much of diversity and effective communication skills.
