2 Question 1 I would advise Claire to speak with a trusted counselor or mentor in order to assess her options and have a better grasp of the potential benefits and downsides of reporting the incident. In addition, I would advise her to get the advice of an experienced lawyer on the situation. She also has the option of filing a complaint with her employer's human resources department or the local law enforcement agency. Finally, I would suggest that she join an existing support group for other survivors, or form her own, so that she may get perspective and direction from her peers who have gone through similar situations to her own. Question 2 I would not urge Claire to have a direct dialogue with Henry about what happened since doing so may put her in danger or make her feel insecure. I would also encourage her not to do nothing and wait to see if it happens again before taking action, since this might put her in an even more perilous scenario. Instead, I would advise her to report the incident to Human Resources so that they may investigate the matter and take the appropriate actions to remedy the problem. Question 4 The ethical considerations that led to this decision are based on the ideals of respect, justice, and safety. Respect for Claire as a person, as well as her right to be treated with decency and to be safe in her workplace, are of the highest importance. Justice is also required to ensure that any violations of Claire's rights are addressed and that necessary action is done to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. This is because it is necessary to remedy any abuses of Claire's rights. In conclusion, safety is critical since it is necessary to ensure that Claire is not put in a dangerous scenario and that her health is protected. Question 5 From a trauma-informed perspective, I would respond to Claire by empathizing with her feelings and listening to her experience without judgment. It is critical to provide a safe and supportive environment (Metcalf, 2022). in which she may communicate about how she is feeling without fear of being judged or condemned for her behavior. I would also advise her to examine her options and weigh the risks and benefits of reporting the incident with a trusted counselor or mentor in whom she can confide. Furthermore, I feel it would be in her best interests to seek the advice of an experienced attorney on the situation. Finally, I would suggest
